Who We Are
A team of advisors, facilitators, and technologists dedicated to making AI adoption in Thailand more thoughtful and more human.
Back to HomeBuilt on the belief that technology should serve people
Nava Jai was established in Bangkok in 2018 by a group of professionals who had spent years watching AI projects in Southeast Asia stumble — not because the technology was wrong, but because the human and organizational dimensions had been overlooked. The founders wanted to change that.
The name Nava Jai reflects our core belief: that genuine progress in AI is rooted in fresh thinking and considerate action. We don't come in with a predetermined toolkit. Instead, we spend time understanding the actual culture, workflows, and concerns of each organization before recommending a path forward.
Our work sits at the intersection of AI literacy, organizational development, and ethical practice. We serve businesses across Bangkok and wider Thailand — ranging from mid-sized service companies to larger organizations with complex structures and diverse workforces. Our common thread is a commitment to making AI adoption something that people inside organizations actually understand and embrace.
Our Mission
To help Thai organizations build lasting AI capability in ways that respect their people, their culture, and their own judgment about what technology is right for them.
Our Vision
A Thailand where AI enhances rather than displaces the human qualities that make organizations and communities strong — and where businesses of all sizes can engage with emerging technology on their own terms.
Our Values
Honesty about what AI can and cannot do. Respect for the people and organizations we work with. Patience over pressure. Depth over speed.
Our Advisory Team
Each member brings a distinct background — together, we cover AI strategy, organizational learning, product design, and ethical governance.

Standards We Hold Ourselves To
Data Privacy & PDPA Compliance
All engagements are conducted in alignment with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act. Client data is handled with strict confidentiality protocols and is never used beyond the scope of the specific project.
Ethical AI Principles
We apply a consistent ethical review lens to every recommendation we make. This includes bias assessment, transparency requirements, and ensuring that AI tools we suggest respect human dignity and fair treatment.
Continuous Learning & Currency
The AI landscape shifts frequently. Our team actively monitors regulatory changes, emerging tools, and industry developments in the ASEAN region so that our guidance is always relevant and well-grounded.
Transparent Working Relationships
Clients receive clear scoping documents, regular progress updates, and honest assessments — including when we believe a different approach would serve them better than what they initially requested.
Inclusive Design for All Roles
We design training and workshops that work for people at every level — from board members to customer-facing staff. Language accessibility and practical relevance are central to our facilitation approach.
Outcome Accountability
Each engagement defines clear, measurable outcomes upfront. We schedule review checkpoints during and after delivery so that clients can assess genuine progress against agreed milestones.
AI integration advisory rooted in the Thai business landscape
Nava Jai operates in a space that sits between pure technology consulting and organizational learning. Our advisors bring direct experience with AI tools and platforms, combined with deep familiarity with how Thai organizations are actually structured, how decisions get made, and what types of change management work in practice.
We have worked with organizations in hospitality, financial services, healthcare administration, education, and professional services — all sectors where the customer relationship is central, and where AI adoption carries both real opportunity and genuine risk if handled without care.
Our approach to AI ethics draws on international frameworks — including the OECD AI Principles and Singapore's Model AI Governance Framework — while adapting their guidance to Thai regulatory requirements under the Personal Data Protection Act and related legislation. This dual grounding allows us to help clients who operate across borders as well as those focused entirely on the domestic market.
The depth of our capability-building work is what distinguishes longer engagements. Rather than delivering training once and moving on, we stay engaged through the implementation phase — adapting our support as real-world challenges emerge and helping organizations build the internal confidence to continue developing their AI capabilities independently.
